(More customer reviews)This works like a charm with the LG VX8350. It came in five days. I've had more issues with the way the phone organizes music and files then with the cable. Remember, you have to install the USB driver first. You can easily Google for this phone's driver. Installation of the driver is a snap.
For potential buyers of the LG VX8350, here are some notes. The phone can be accessed with BitPim, a program for Windows, a couple Linuxes, and Mac. This will enable you to transfer ringtones, images, video, and contact lists to and from your phone. The LG VX8350 also offers USB storage for any type of file. Third, you can sync music to and from your phone. Each of these connections, especially the last two, are seen differently by your computer (Windows perspective, don't know about Mac): USB, and just music options.
Also, please check your music files' ID3 tags (v 1.1 preferably) especially if your source is ambiguous. The phone will sort your files into albums that you, on your computer, man not foresee, and make it really confusing.
