(More customer reviews)I don't know what the other review is complaining about. As far as I can tell there aren't any skins that go completely around the circumference of the phone. I agree that that would look even better, but I don't think it would work in practical application.
Unlike most skin buyers, I really want the protection of a case, but I also want the style of a skin. I bought a Case Crown Slider (see my other reviews) which is a beautiful compromise for those of us who like the look of the naked phone, but want the protection of a case. I actually applied my skin to the case, cut seams so that I could pull the two parts apart, and trimmed to fit around the button slot and camera holes. The skin material has a slight stretchy quality which worked really well to conform to the contours of the camera hole and button slot, but for this application I wish the adhesive had just a tiny bit more staying power because the elasticity wants to pull back away where I've stretched it. I can't really fault the skin for this because kit wasn't intended for this use, but a little glue around the openings should resolve my issue.
For most people, I can't imagine any complaints. I haven't had it long enough to see how it will hold up to time and constant in/out of pocket friction (I will update if this becomes an issue), but it seems like it will stay put and not show scratches really well despite the reposition-ability of it...as long as you don't touch the sticky side too much of course.
It should also be noted that contrary to the other review, the button-side of my skin went all the way up and had EXACT button and toggle cut outs (but I didn't apply it this way because of my case).
I think you'll be pleased with any GelaSkin.
