(More customer reviews)My twelve year old son saved his allowance to purchase this product. He was so disappointed when it arrived. After several attempts to make it fit on the IPod and look like the picture we gave up. After contacting the company I was informed a refund would only be given if the product was never removed from the backing (well of course it was removed, how was he to know that it wouldn't lay flat?) I should have read the reviews about this product before purchasing it but I have had nothing but success when ordering from AMAZON in the past! I gave my son his $$$$$ back and we will be purchasing a different product (this one went straight to the trash can!)This company should be ashamed of themselves for expecting people to accept such poor quality! With all of the competition that is out there these days you sure would think they would be more concerned with making their customers happy...Too bad for them!
