If you go to the vendor's web site 247skins.com you can download the background which matches the skin you ordered. This gives you a complete package in visual change. Anyone can download all the backgrounds too, so you can evaluate other skin backgrounds too prior to buying.
I have only had it on my phone for a day so far. Will come back and update after some usage.
