(More customer reviews)Cable arrived quickly and appears to be the correct one. According the to advertisement, software was to be made available on email request. After many emails (to vendor and Amazon), software has not been provided. Original vendor claims that you have to contact another vendor for the software, but then cannot provide email address for that vendor. An unbelievable run-around.
